Please read carefully, By paying the invoice, you accept the terms and conditions.

1. Treatment packages paid for are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Product or product memberships purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Deposits paid are valid for only one month from the date of purchase.
4. Treatment packages (5 treatments per package) purchased are valid for only nine months from the date of purchase.
5. Treatment packages (8 treatments and above per package) purchased are valid for only twelve months from the date of purchase.
6. Product memberships purchased are valid for only twelve months from the date of purchase.
